I had a good experience with snipits.com. The staff were polite and seemed like they really knew what they were doing, which made the whole process feel easy. Just from their tone, I got the impression they were patient and genuinely willing to help, not just trying to rush me through. They answered my questions clearly and were nice to deal with overall. I’d definitely use them again.

It’s a fun spot and the place definitely has a bright, upbeat vibe. That said, it was loud inside, so if you were hoping to actually hear the people you came with, well, good luck. Still enjoyed it overall, just not exactly relaxing

I took my son to Snip-its, compared to past haircuts, he was so much more relaxed. From what I remember, he usually gets upset quickly, but this time the fun chair, little distractions, and the stylist being really patient made a big difference. He didn’t cry at all, which feels like a huge win for us. I left feeling really happy with how comfortable they made him.

The location is handy for us and it’s easy to get to, which is the main plus. Other than that, it kind of works when it wants to, so I wouldn’t say I’m totally impressed.

I booked an appointment for my kid and we barely had to wait. It was maybe 5 minutes tops before we were called in, which was a nice surprise compared to places where you end up sitting around forever. When I had a question beforehand, support basically said, “Just come at your scheduled time and we’ll take care of you,” and that’s pretty much how it went. Super easy experience overall.

My son gets really anxious about haircuts and usually starts crying before we even make it to the chair. The stylist at Snip-its was so kind and patient with him, actually, and talked to him like a real person instead of rushing him. She even let him take little breaks when he needed them.
It wasn’t totally perfect, but he made it through the haircut and left with a smile, which is huge for us. We’ll definitely be coming back
